關於年紀

我八月要去洛杉磯找同學，打算在她那裡『什麼事也不做』。
但是，事與願違。我們好像除了一天以外，都有點事情要做、有些人要見、有點地方要去。
在幾個都住LA的同學之間傳來傳去的伊媚兒中，有個同學寫的句子真是太美了，讓我忍不住不把它給貼在這裡。
I am proud of my age, scared of my age, concerned about my age, and ignorant of my age.
I have to admit I lose control of my weight (I should say my body loses interest of responding to what I do), I lose crystal clear eyesight, I lose teeth, I lose hairs, and I lose many other things.
But yet, I am still very happy about meeting every one of you in the near future.
認識同學這麼久，一點都不知道原來他是個詩人呢！
可是，我完全不承認我跟他一樣老！
巫婆是很老很老很老，可是人老心不老！！！

要同學來看他自己的話被我貼在部落格上以後,他說: Some suggestions to you, (1) Never deny your age. Live with it. I really like your blog with the exception of your revelation (or failure to reveal) of being “AGED” (2) Having said that, when you come you will realize how young and energetic we are, and you are. You will not regret mingling with us. |
